1. The service

AR Photo lets you turn a photograph and video into a scannable Polaroid, prepare a print file, and access the associated video through a browser-based scanner. Available features may vary by device, package, region, and browser compatibility.

2. Account and security

You must provide valid account information, keep your credentials secure, and use only accounts you are authorized to use. You are responsible for activity on your account. Contact support if you suspect unauthorized access.

3. Content you submit

You retain your rights to the photos, videos, messages, and other content you submit. You confirm that you have the rights, permissions, and consents needed to submit that content and allow its use as described in these terms.

• Do not submit content that violates copyright, privacy, publicity, or other third-party rights, or that is unlawful, abusive, or deceptive.
• Do not submit sexual content involving minors, content shared without the consent of the people depicted, threats, exploitation, or other material whose distribution is prohibited.
• Do not include sensitive information about others without a lawful basis and required authorization.

4. Permission needed to operate the service

You grant AR Photo a limited, non-exclusive license for as long as the content remains in the service to store, reproduce, process, and display it only as needed to assemble your Polaroid, generate the print file, maintain your album, and play its associated video through the scanner. This license does not transfer ownership and ends when the content is removed, except for copies or records that must be retained for legal or security reasons.

5. QR code sharing

The QR code and scanner link provide access to the experience associated with a photograph. Anyone who obtains the QR code or link and has the corresponding photograph may view the linked content. You choose whom to share these materials with and should avoid including information you do not want to share.

6. Packages, payments, and credits

Prices, currencies, package contents, and conditions are shown before purchase. Purchases are one-time charges with no recurring subscription. Pix payments in Brazil are processed by Mercado Pago; card payments in supported markets are processed by Stripe. The applicable processor displays and processes the final payment terms.

• AR Photo does not receive or store your full card number or bank account login details.
• The file, album access, and included credits are unlocked after payment confirmation according to the selected package.
• Remaining package credits do not expire while the service is available and your account remains in good standing.
• Refunds, cancellations, and other consumer rights are handled under mandatory applicable law. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be limited.

7. Printing and compatibility

You are responsible for downloading and printing the file using suitable equipment and paper. Appearance, colors, framing, audio playback, and photo recognition may vary by printer, lighting, camera, browser, network, and device settings. The scanner requires camera permission from your browser.

8. AR Photo intellectual property

The AR Photo brand, software, interface, templates, and service materials belong to AR Photo or its licensors and are protected by applicable rights. You may use generated files for personal purposes and according to the package you purchased. Do not copy, resell, or commercially exploit the service or its components without permission.

9. Acceptable use and availability

Do not interfere with the service, bypass security controls, access another person's account or data, upload malicious code, abusively automate use, or use the service unlawfully. We may suspend or limit access when needed to protect people, accounts, infrastructure, or comply with law. We aim to keep the service available, but external providers, maintenance, and events outside our control may cause interruptions.

10. Deletion and termination

You can delete memories from your account and ask support for help with account data. Deletion does not remove information we must retain to meet legal obligations, complete transactions, prevent fraud, or resolve disputes. We may end access for violations of these terms or when required by law.

11. Liability and legal rights

AR Photo provides digital features that depend on devices, networks, and third-party services. To the extent allowed by law, we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or compatibility with every device or environment. These terms do not exclude warranties, liabilities, or consumer rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.

12. Changes and contact

We may update these terms to reflect service or legal changes. The current version and its update date will appear on this page. Continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance only where applicable law allows; if you disagree, stop using the service and contact support to address your account and orders.
